2. Information We Collect
To provide autonomous server protection and logging, Argus processes the following data points:
- Discord Server Identifiers: Guild ID, guild name, icon hash, and guild owner ID to bind your custom dashboard settings.
- Security Configurations: Your custom thresholds (Anti-Raid account age, Anti-Spam frequency, Whitelisted domain and user IDs, Moderator roles).
- Moderation Records & Cases: Action history (Warns, Kicks, Bans, Timeouts, reason descriptions, and moderator user IDs) to maintain the audit log and disciplinary history.
- Automated Audit Telemetry: Log channel IDs configured for the automated 40+ channel log category.
3. What We NEVER Collect
We believe in strict data minimization:
- We never store or sell the contents of your messages. Messages inspected by Anti-Spam and Anti-Link are analyzed strictly in real-time memory and discarded immediately.
- We never read or access private Direct Messages between server members.
- We never store your Discord login passwords, payment card numbers, or personal credentials.
4. Data Security & Storage
All stored information is secured on dedicated private infrastructure located in secure datacenters. All communication between your browser, our API, and Discord is encrypted end-to-end using modern TLS/SSL (HTTPS). Access to the database is restricted to authorized systems with strict cryptographic authentication.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Server owners maintain full control over their data:
- If Argus is kicked or removed from your Discord server, its live monitoring is instantly halted.
- Server Owners may request complete database erasure of their guild settings and cases by contacting our support team.
